Throughout her life, Janelle has lived in Tokyo, Japan, Downtown and Central Phoenix, and Ahwatukee. She currently resides in northeast Scottsdale – Rio Verde and is well-versed in ranch properties, wells, and desert living.

Janelle is also licensed in Montana, serving the beautiful northwest region from Whitefish to the West Kootenai, where she specializes in selling land, survival bunkers, off-grid, vacation properties, and primary homes. She even carries bear spray when showing properties deep in the forest!

Additionally, as a former Relocation Director for one of Arizona’s largest Realogy brokerages, Janelle specializes in corporate and international relocation and destination services. She has earned the Certified Relocation Professional designation and was a founding member of the Arizona Relocation Alliance. Janelle is an Investor-Friendly agent and a member of the AZ Real Estate Investment Association, offering valuable resources to clients taking on both big and small projects.
